Join us at The Vineyard, in Pensacola, Florida, on October 18, 2018, from 6:30-8:ish, as we launch an exciting new round of collaborative law training.
We welcome family attorneys, financial professionals, mental health professionals, mediators, social workers, clergy, and anyone else who may work for positive family transformations.
Our next introductory training will be held at Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon, Pensacola, on November 30 and December 1, 2018.
Attorneys, even if you think you’ll never adopt the collaborative process in your practice, there are many reasons you should be trained. The collaborative tools are useful in litigation, and if a collaborative case fails, they’re coming to a litigator who needs to know about the disqualification clause of the statute. And let’s not forget, the revised Family Law Bounds of Advocacy requires that you be knowledgable and explain to clients ALL dispute resolution methods.
We hope to see you at the The Vineyard on October 18 and at training November 30 and December 1.
