Pensacola, FL- Soundside Divorce Planning and West Florida Collaborative Law, Inc.

are excited to announce the upcoming divorce workshop, “Everything You’ve Ever

Wanted To Know About Divorce But Were Afraid To Ask.” This public event will be held

at Voices of Pensacola located at 117 E. Govt. St, Pensacola, FL 32501 on April 20

from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM. Presenters are Soundside Divorce Planning co-owner, Jon

Kagan, who discuss the role a financial neutral plays in the collaborative divorce

process, West Florida Collaboartive Law President, Christine S. Cook, will speak about

the collaborative movement and how this new philosophy fits among other divorce

options- such as mediation and litigation. A license mental health profesisonal will then

discuss the important role that mental health practitionera play in moving the divorce

process healthily forward.


“Divorce is a difficult, emotional time in someone’s life. There’s almost an unspoken rule

against talking about it, but when someone is going through one or thinking about it,

they need support and they need answers,” says Jon Kagan, Soundside Divorce

Planning co-owner, “We want to break that stigma. We want to answer the questions

people have and let them know they have options and they’re not alone.”
